Leroy Sane and Alfonso Davies are playing a key role for Bayern Munich at the moment.
Bayern Munich CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen has told Abendzeitung’s Maximilian Koch that he is happy with the key roles Alphonso Davies and Leroy Sane are playing for the Bavarians at the moment.
If things continue on in the second half of the season like they did in the first half, we could finally see Bayern Munich’s Alphonso Davies and Leroy Sané operating on the same side of the field on a consistent basis.
Sane spent most of the first half of the season playing on the right, but the 28-year-old was shift to the left following injuries to Serge Gnabry and Kingsley Coman, partnering Davies at left-back, with Sane more mobile than the right and linking up well with Davies, much to the delight of the Bavarians’ CEO.
‘Alphonso Davies and Leroy Sane are playing a key role in our team at the moment and we will see how they develop in the future. We have great admiration for both of them and are happy to have them as part of the team,’ said Driesen.
Both Davies and Sane currently Promotion ufabet have contracts until the summer of 2025. And Bayern Munich are in talks over new deals with both men and are expect to reach an agreement soon.
